The skiboot foot bed felt so good that she had Jacques make a foot bed for her street shoes. In October, we brought the skiboot foot beds back to Le Feet to be adjusted, (due to a slight change in her feet) which he did at no charge. Jacques has been doing boot fitting for many years, and he charges a fair price for an exceptional product. Le Feet Labs guarantees their work unconditionally and they make free adjustments on boots that they have sold or have worked on. Our experience was absolutely without “rough edges” and Jacques was direct but courteous in explaining why it made sense to replace the liner and footbed. I question the negative reviews of Le Feet Labs below. We plan to have one of our sons fitted with a set of boots by Le Feet at Christmastime! Since writing this review, I have purchased boots and orthotics from Jacques and Jaqueline, as have my son and daughter-in-law. The service that we all received was absolutely impeccable. We also purchased Le Fit boot bags with a warming system built in, which are fantastic. Thank you again!

The other stores told me that no one made a boot for me. From the minute I walked in they were nothing but courteous. They molded a liner and found a boot that would work. They were patient, kind, thorough and they really went above and beyond. If you need a ski boot that fits you and doesn’t hurt your feet this is where you need to go. As a fellow business owner I have to say that they have a very well ran company that cares about their customers. I can understand the negative reviews by some who were not aware of what Le Feet Lab does. Le Feet need to do a better job of explaining their service.… read more People come in expecting they will fix there ill fitted boots they already own. That is not what they do. They offer a boot system based on the Zipfit boot liner. I went in thinking I was going to replace the liner alone. From what they told me the Zipfit works best in a 3 piece design boot. They offer the Dabello line of boot shells that have been designed to work with the Zipfit liners. Both companies are from Italy and must work together on testing. Le Feet Lab may seem like high pressure sales when you thought you were coming in looking for a liner or boot adjusting, but they offer a full refund if you are not happy with the boots. First they mold a foot bed to your foot, then fit the boot shell and a liner. The system is not cheap, but for $900+ you get a boot that fits great and will last years. I expect the $300 shell will give out before the liner. I was going through boots every two years and about 100 days of skiing because the liner would pack out and become uncomfortable. The Zipfit liner is made with cork and expand back at the end of the day so they fit great every time. Also if you warm up the boots the night before the liner stays warm for a good part of the day. Do your homework before going to Le Lab and will not be disappointed.
