  • Wow, wow, wow. The absolute best experience I’ve had at any bootfitter. The work they do at Le Feet Lab is life changing. I decided to get the whole deal-… read more custom footbeds and molded ZipFit liners with my Lupos. Every last cent I spent was totally worth it. I wore my boots around at home to break them in further, maybe 7 hours STRAIGHT and my feet felt just GREAT! By far the most comfortable ski boots I have ever worn. Cannot recommend this paradise of boot fitting enough, you will leave happy and comfy! Update in 2023- still in the same boots, still perfect. Le Feet Lab is the way.

I came out to ski in winter park and could not find a boot that fit me. I am not a small guy and I went to 5… read more other places before I came into le feet. The other stores told me that no one made a boot for me. From the minute I walked in they were nothing but courteous. They molded a liner and found a boot that would work. They were patient, kind, thorough and they really went above and beyond. If you need a ski boot that fits you and doesn’t hurt your feet this is where you need to go. As a fellow business owner I have to say that they have a very well ran company that cares about their customers. They took their time to ensure that everything fit properly and made sure it was comfortable. Thank you so much, you saved my trip and I can’t thank you enough.

  • Great service. Be prepared to spend several hours here for fitting and a few hours later on for follow up adjustments.

My wife has a pair of Dalbello boots that she bought in Denver that never quite fit right. Last year, Jacques replaced the Dalbello liners with Zipfit liners and made… read more her an orthotic foot bed: PROBLEM SOLVED. The boots fit perfectly and made a great difference in her skiing. The skiboot foot bed felt so good that she had Jacques make a foot bed for her street shoes. In October, we brought the skiboot foot beds back to Le Feet to be adjusted, (due to a slight change in her feet) which he did at no charge. Jacques has been doing boot fitting for many years, and he charges a fair price for an exceptional product. Le Feet Labs guarantees their work unconditionally and they make free adjustments on boots that they have sold or have worked on. Our experience was absolutely without “rough edges” and Jacques was direct but courteous in explaining why it made sense to replace the liner and footbed. I question the negative reviews of Le Feet Labs below. We plan to have one of our sons fitted with a set of boots by Le Feet at Christmastime! Since writing this review, I have purchased boots and orthotics from Jacques and Jaqueline, as have my son and daughter-in-law. The service that we all received was absolutely impeccable. We also purchased Le Fit boot bags with a warming system built in, which are fantastic. Thank you again!

  • Jackie and her team are incredible. They start by making a custom foot bed for your ski boot so that you start your fitting with a solid base. I brought… read more my old boots in and at first we tried to make those work with a new set of liners. The custom liners didn’t fit in them so I ended up opting for a new boot with a custom liner. I’ve been back to the shop a few times to dial in the fit and they really listen and help you get the fit you want. I have so much more control in my new boots! I highly recommend this place if you have a hard time find ski boots that fit just right this team will help you out.

  • Jacques and Jacqueline are fantastic to work with and the Le Feet Lab product is excellent. I highly recommend Le Feet Lab. My quick review score is 5… read more stars. I am a real customer who was referred to Le Feet Lab by another real customer who has used their services for almost 20 years. The long winded description of my fantastic experience is below. I worked with Le Feet Lab before the start of the 2015-2016 ski season. I have skied for many years, but have always fought boot fit issues resulting in legs and feet which are just wore out at the end of the day. I have a history of foot challenges including very high arches, Plantar Fasciitis and one leg 1/2 inch shorter than the other. A friend who is a former ski racer and current ski instructor suggested the Le Feet boot system. The system consists of Dalbello shells with ZipFit cork liners and custom foot bed orthotics specific to your feet. They create orthotics for all customers, even if they do not have feet disasters like myself. The orthotics are a hard plastic material which are heated and molded to your feet. Once cool, they are rigid. The orthotics are not just pulled off of a shelf based on your footprint and stuck into your boots. Le Feet will work with you until you are happy with the fit of the system. They worked with me for nearly three hours. They have a collection of equipment which makes you think of a cobbler’s workshop. They can form the liners to any shape needed to accommodate your foot/calf requirements. In my visit, they had the liners in and out of my shells 4-5 times per foot. They take the time needed to be sure you have a great fitting pair of boots and you are comfortable in those boots. The complete system resulted in the best feeling boot I have ever had on my foot. Each boot fits solidly around my foot in all places. The Dalbello buckle system pulls your foot diagonally back and down into the heal pocket of the Zip Fit liners which literally locks your foot in place like no other boot I have ever wore. What was really impressive was that there was literally no play with my foot in the liner, especially laterally. I found the three piece Dalbello easier to get into than my previous two piece shelled boots. I skied these boots about 10 times during the 2015-2016 season. After the first day I did return to have the liners adjusted in my ankle bone area to give a little bit more room. There was no charge for the adjustments. I did some fine tuning to the fit by changes to the micro adjust buckles. Unlike all of my previous boots, the difference in fit introduced in a single turn of the buckle makes a big difference with the ZipFit liners. The new boots have given me amazing edge control and with the adjustments that Le Feet made for my short leg, I no longer initiate my left and right turns differently. Best of all, I no longer finish the day with sore feet and legs. The Le Feet approach is a system, not a quick fix solution. Yes the system is expensive, but compared to high end boots costing around $700 and lasting only 2-3 seasons, they are not that expensive. Based on the shells I bought, I spent just under $1000. The system has a long life expectancy. A previous customer stopped into the shop for something minor and she was going on year 11. Based on the number of ski days I have a year, and the fact that I am 58, these boots should get me to skiing at age 70. Again, I highly recommend working with Jacques and Jacqueline at Le Feet Lab. Five Stars!

I highly recommend Le Feet Lab to anyone considering getting ski boots fitted/molded. I was on the fence given the price but Jacqueline and Jacques went above and beyond to… read more make the experience a great one and the investment absolutely worth it. I was traveling to winter park for a 5 day ski trip and stopped in upon arrival day one to get the process started. I made an appointment about a month ahead of time – definitely a must if you plan to visit during peak season. Also bring your patience with you – it’s not a quick process and it’s a small family owned business, but they work super hard to make sure everyone is getting a great boot fit. Milage will vary on how well your fit goes – my boyfriend who also was fitted for boots only needed one minor tweak to feel comfortable after a day of skiing, whereas I had to stop in 3 more times for adjustments – it just depends on your body. They were very accommodating in making adjustments and made it clear they will work with you until you are happy. One word of warning – the first day of skiing in the boots can be a bit rough. After day one I was worried very about getting to a point where I was comfortable but after the first adjustment I was in much better shape. TLDR; fantastic boot fitters, recommend for anyone considering making the investment.
