The other stores told me that no one made a boot for me. From the minute I walked in they were nothing but courteous. They molded a liner and found a boot that would work. Jacqueline and Dan took such good care of me. I started out with different shells and liners and after another painful ski day they switched out boots and liners and made tons of adjustments. I could finally ski without taking the boots off and massaging my feet after every run.
