The other stores told me that no one made a boot for me. From the minute I walked in they were nothing but courteous. They molded a liner and found a boot that would work. They were patient, kind, thorough and they really went above and beyond. If you need a ski boot that fits you and doesn’t hurt your feet this is where you need to go. As a fellow business owner I have to say that they have a very well ran company that cares about their customers. They took their time to ensure that everything fit properly and made sure it was comfortable. Thank you so much, you saved my trip and I can’t thank you enough.

The boot fitter was super informative and professional. I got some custom insoles made today and highly recommend this place. Very fair price for the insole and the bootfitter’s time.

I skied one day on Mary Jane and my feet were wrecked. I went to Le Feet Lab where they gave me the best service anyone could ask for. A full foot diagnostic and even massage. Thanks to Dan and Jacqueline they hooked me up with a custom foot bed, liner, and a brand new shell. Because of them I could really ski to my full potential pain free. I brought… read more my old boots in and at first we tried to make those work with a new set of liners. The custom liners didn’t fit in them so I ended up opting for a new boot with a custom liner. I’ve been back to the shop a few times to dial in the fit and they really listen and help you get the fit you want. I have so much more control in my new boots! I highly recommend this place if you have a hard time find ski boots that fit just right this team will help you out.
