They… read more didn’t have anything in my size, so they recommended Le Feet Lab. They got me in for a fitting same day and were extremely accommodating. Jacques, Jaquelyn (sorry if names are misspelled) and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. I had new boots custom fitted and took them on the mountain the next morning. I went through three adjustments while I was out there and they diagnosed and solved the issue in about 10 minutes or less. All technicians working in the shop are very capable, so you will get a great fit no matter who’s working on your boots. Also, if you’re lucky you’ll meet the shop dog, Wyatt! The service offered here is top notch. I’ve never felt more connected to my skis and the boots are extremely comfortable. The price is higher than grabbing boots at REI, but you definitely get what you paid for. One other thing to note is this shop exclusively sells dalbello boots, but they can work on any other boot and do whatever they can to fit them better to you. Dalbello is a great brand from Italy and the boots are fantastic. My wife also has a pair of dalbello boots and loves them. So it’s really more of a brand preference thing to be aware of. This is my 7th full season on my Dalbello shells / Zip Fit Liners that Jacques personally fit for me. I’m an aggressive skier, 6’2, 220 lbs. … read more I don’t meet many people that ski faster. I have a house in Winter Park and normally get 30-45 days in per year. I like to spend a lot of time in the bumps and trees when conditions are right. I can tell you quite simply, these boots are the absolute best $900 you will spend. They will change how you ski. They will change how you feel after you ski. They will allow you to get the most out of the $1000 skis attached to your feet and they will come back day after day, without packing out and without developing hot spots. I seriously question the other reviews on this post. Winter Park is a small town. These reviews sound more like a disgruntled former employee than an actual customer. For instance, earlier this season, I stoppped by Jacques’ shop with the intention of purchasing new shells. After +/- 300 days, my black shells look like they went to war. Jacques took a look at them, made a few adjustments and told me I still had 1-2 seasons left. There was no charge. I was ready to drop $400 buck on shells but I’m still happily wearing what may be the ugliest boots on the mountain! If you’re looking to improve your skiing, decrease your chances of injury and get the most out of the engineering that went in to your skis – and your body – this is the absolute best way to go. My wife is on her fifth year on her Dalbello / Zip Fit boots and she tells people that Le Feet Lab changed her life. She was ready to give up on downhill skiing as she was always having boot issues. Not anymore. Yes. They’re expensive – but so is knee surgery or wasted ski passes because your feet hurt. These boots are an investment in your health, comfort and safety. You get what you pay for and when you consider what you get, these boots are a great investment. If I lost these boots, I would not even consider going to a ski shop and purchasing off the rack from a 24 year old boot fitter (no offense). I would head straight back to Le Feet Lab and purchase again – no question about it. Very highly recommended – and I am a real person, real customer – with no affiliation to the shop. Last year, Jacques replaced the Dalbello liners with Zipfit liners and made… read more her an orthotic foot bed: PROBLEM SOLVED. The boots fit perfectly and made a great difference in her skiing. The skiboot foot bed felt so good that she had Jacques make a foot bed for her street shoes. In October, we brought the skiboot foot beds back to Le Feet to be adjusted, (due to a slight change in her feet) which he did at no charge. Jacques has been doing boot fitting for many years, and he charges a fair price for an exceptional product. Le Feet Labs guarantees their work unconditionally and they make free adjustments on boots that they have sold or have worked on. Our experience was absolutely without “rough edges” and Jacques was direct but courteous in explaining why it made sense to replace the liner and footbed. I question the negative reviews of Le Feet Labs below. We plan to have one of our sons fitted with a set of boots by Le Feet at Christmastime! Since writing this review, I have purchased boots and orthotics from Jacques and Jaqueline, as have my son and daughter-in-law. The service that we all received was absolutely impeccable. We also purchased Le Fit boot bags with a warming system built in, which are fantastic. Thank you again!

My Dalbello ski boots, custom fitted by Jacques 12 years ago, have kept me skiing! Years ago ski rental shops and other skiers had recommended Le Feet Lab to me… read more because I was trying to jam a full length custom leather orthotic into my ski boots. I had been unsuccessfully renting oversized boots to accommodate my old deteriorating leather orthotics and needless to say, I had no control on the slopes and about gave up skiing. So far my custom boots have held up great for 12 years and I’m still hitting the slopes – with my grandkids. But the best part about Le Feet Lab is their custom made orthotics. In the past I had used chiropractors and podiatrists to make custom leather orthotics that didn’t hold up and also didn’t correct my foot problems very well. Now I refer people to Le Feet Lab all the time if they really want help to fix their foot problems. As a RN I have seen foot problems eventually cause knee, hip, and back trouble. Without my custom Le Feet Lab Orthotics, I suffer knee and hip pain, as well as my shoes wear out prematurely and unevenly across the bottom of the sole. I know I’m in proper alignment because my shoes last forever now. I am truly thankful for the orthotics that Jacques and Jacqueline custom make. I wish everyone with any kind of foot problem could see Le Feet Lab for custom orthotics before they develop orthopedic ankle, knee, hip, or back problems. Jacques and Jacqueline need to train the medical community how to make custom orthotics that prevent deterioration of the musculoskeletal system and associated pain. I am not a person who normally writes reviews but I am writing this to let everyone know about their exceptional services; they have helped me so much!

I skied one day on Mary Jane and my feet were wrecked. I went to Le Feet Lab where they gave me the best service anyone could ask for. A full foot diagnostic and even massage. Thanks to Dan and Jacqueline they hooked me up with a custom foot bed, liner, and a brand new shell. Because of them I could really ski to my full potential pain free. I recommend Le Feet Lab 100/10 times and they really treat you like family.
