Needed a replacement part for my boot. They didn’t have it but they were the only shop (after four others in winter park and fraser) that said “let us see… read more what we can do”. Got the boot fixed in about five min and made it to skiing. Great shop, very helpful.

I got zipfits online (don’t do this) I went here to get my zipfits fitted because at home methods didn’t work (who knew). They have worked to address every issue… read more in my foot. I have been back a couple times to address pressure points. The people that work in the store have been doing it for a long time and are good at it. I will not go anywhere else to get my boots fitted.

Two days skiing on new Dalbello Lupo SPs and after a few hours the inside of both heels felt like they were in a medieval torture device. My foot has changed with age and the owner personally remolded the boots to fit my new foot—at no additional charge. If you get boots anywhere else, you are making a mistake. Even if you don’t ski Winter Park, you should get boots here.
