They… read more didn’t have anything in my size, so they recommended Le Feet Lab. They got me in for a fitting same day and were extremely accommodating. Jacques, Jaquelyn (sorry if names are misspelled) and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. I had new boots custom fitted and took them on the mountain the next morning. I went through three adjustments while I was out there and they diagnosed and solved the issue in about 10 minutes or less. All technicians working in the shop are very capable, so you will get a great fit no matter who’s working on your boots. Also, if you’re lucky you’ll meet the shop dog, Wyatt! The service offered here is top notch. I’ve never felt more connected to my skis and the boots are extremely comfortable. The price is higher than grabbing boots at REI, but you definitely get what you paid for. One other thing to note is this shop exclusively sells dalbello boots, but they can work on any other boot and do whatever they can to fit them better to you. Dalbello is a great brand from Italy and the boots are fantastic. My wife also has a pair of dalbello boots and loves them. So it’s really more of a brand preference thing to be aware of. I was fortunate to work with Jacques who… read more minced no words in telling me that the boots were too big, nothing could fix that and I had to get a new pair. My new boots are two sizes smaller! I ended up paying about $1300 for my Lupo AX 120s with zipliners and custom footbed, a little more than the one grand price tag that had been indicated to me. While the price difference rankled me for a few days after purchase, I need to say that the boots have made a huge difference in my skiing just like Jacques had said – I could feel the increased responsiveness of my skis in the first few turns. I no longer have to lean super far forward to initiate turns. Jacques is a master of his trade and it is apparent how much he cares about his craft. I value the pro tips I got about boot wear and care – no long johns below boots, only thin socks and I ended up buying the heated boot bag as well. The heated bag made the break in much much easier than it would have been otherwise – the first day I couldn’t ski beyond an hour with un-heated boots. In the end, my boots feel extremely snug around my feet and I’m grateful to have worked with Jacques.

Two days skiing on new Dalbello Lupo SPs and after a few hours the inside of both heels felt like they were in a medieval torture device. For a very reasonable price, they custom-molded Dalbello ID Pro liners in less than an hour. I was prepared for days of agony on the slopes adjusting to the new liners. Instead, I walked out with a perfect fit and enjoyed 5 days of pain-free skiing with my kids! What a blessing. My Dalbello ski boots, custom fitted by Jacques 12 years ago, have kept me skiing! Years ago ski rental shops and other skiers had recommended Le Feet Lab to me… read more because I was trying to jam a full length custom leather orthotic into my ski boots. I had been unsuccessfully renting oversized boots to accommodate my old deteriorating leather orthotics and needless to say, I had no control on the slopes and about gave up skiing. So far my custom boots have held up great for 12 years and I’m still hitting the slopes – with my grandkids. But the best part about Le Feet Lab is their custom made orthotics. In the past I had used chiropractors and podiatrists to make custom leather orthotics that didn’t hold up and also didn’t correct my foot problems very well. Now I refer people to Le Feet Lab all the time if they really want help to fix their foot problems. As a RN I have seen foot problems eventually cause knee, hip, and back trouble. Without my custom Le Feet Lab Orthotics, I suffer knee and hip pain, as well as my shoes wear out prematurely and unevenly across the bottom of the sole. I know I’m in proper alignment because my shoes last forever now. I am truly thankful for the orthotics that Jacques and Jacqueline custom make. I wish everyone with any kind of foot problem could see Le Feet Lab for custom orthotics before they develop orthopedic ankle, knee, hip, or back problems. Jacques and Jacqueline need to train the medical community how to make custom orthotics that prevent deterioration of the musculoskeletal system and associated pain.
