The skiboot foot bed felt so good that she had Jacques make a foot bed for her street shoes. In October, we brought the skiboot foot beds back to Le Feet to be adjusted, (due to a slight change in her feet) which he did at no charge. Jacques has been doing boot fitting for many years, and he charges a fair price for an exceptional product. Le Feet Labs guarantees their work unconditionally and they make free adjustments on boots that they have sold or have worked on. Our experience was absolutely without “rough edges” and Jacques was direct but courteous in explaining why it made sense to replace the liner and footbed. I question the negative reviews of Le Feet Labs below. We plan to have one of our sons fitted with a set of boots by Le Feet at Christmastime! Since writing this review, I have purchased boots and orthotics from Jacques and Jaqueline, as have my son and daughter-in-law. The service that we all received was absolutely impeccable. We also purchased Le Fit boot bags with a warming system built in, which are fantastic. Thank you again!

This is my 7th full season on my Dalbello shells / Zip Fit Liners that Jacques personally fit for me. I’m an aggressive skier, 6’2, 220 lbs. … read more I don’t meet many people that ski faster. I have a house in Winter Park and normally get 30-45 days in per year. I like to spend a lot of time in the bumps and trees when conditions are right. I can tell you quite simply, these boots are the absolute best $900 you will spend. They will change how you ski. They will change how you feel after you ski. They will allow you to get the most out of the $1000 skis attached to your feet and they will come back day after day, without packing out and without developing hot spots. I seriously question the other reviews on this post. Winter Park is a small town. These reviews sound more like a disgruntled former employee than an actual customer. For instance, earlier this season, I stoppped by Jacques’ shop with the intention of purchasing new shells. After +/- 300 days, my black shells look like they went to war. Jacques took a look at them, made a few adjustments and told me I still had 1-2 seasons left. There was no charge. I was ready to drop $400 buck on shells but I’m still happily wearing what may be the ugliest boots on the mountain! If you’re looking to improve your skiing, decrease your chances of injury and get the most out of the engineering that went in to your skis – and your body – this is the absolute best way to go. My wife is on her fifth year on her Dalbello / Zip Fit boots and she tells people that Le Feet Lab changed her life. She was ready to give up on downhill skiing as she was always having boot issues. Not anymore. Yes. They’re expensive – but so is knee surgery or wasted ski passes because your feet hurt. These boots are an investment in your health, comfort and safety. You get what you pay for and when you consider what you get, these boots are a great investment. If I lost these boots, I would not even consider going to a ski shop and purchasing off the rack from a 24 year old boot fitter (no offense). I would head straight back to Le Feet Lab and purchase again – no question about it. Very highly recommended – and I am a real person, real customer – with no affiliation to the shop. The other stores told me that no one made a boot for me. From the minute I walked in they were nothing but courteous. They molded a liner and found a boot that would work. They were patient, kind, thorough and they really went above and beyond. If you need a ski boot that fits you and doesn’t hurt your feet this is where you need to go. As a fellow business owner I have to say that they have a very well ran company that cares about their customers. They took their time to ensure that everything fit properly and made sure it was comfortable. Thank you so much, you saved my trip and I can’t thank you enough.

I came to Le Feet seeking a solution to my ill fitting boots – I could ski full days but they hurt. I was fortunate to work with Jacques who… read more minced no words in telling me that the boots were too big, nothing could fix that and I had to get a new pair. My new boots are two sizes smaller! I ended up paying about $1300 for my Lupo AX 120s with zipliners and custom footbed, a little more than the one grand price tag that had been indicated to me. While the price difference rankled me for a few days after purchase, I need to say that the boots have made a huge difference in my skiing just like Jacques had said – I could feel the increased responsiveness of my skis in the first few turns. I no longer have to lean super far forward to initiate turns. Jacques is a master of his trade and it is apparent how much he cares about his craft. I value the pro tips I got about boot wear and care – no long johns below boots, only thin socks and I ended up buying the heated boot bag as well. The heated bag made the break in much much easier than it would have been otherwise – the first day I couldn’t ski beyond an hour with un-heated boots. In the end, my boots feel extremely snug around my feet and I’m grateful to have worked with Jacques.
