The other stores told me that no one made a boot for me. From the minute I walked in they were nothing but courteous. They molded a liner and found a boot that would work. They were patient, kind, thorough and they really went above and beyond. If you need a ski boot that fits you and doesn’t hurt your feet this is where you need to go. As a fellow business owner I have to say that they have a very well ran company that cares about their customers. Normally after a day working on my ferry my back, legs and everything else hurts. since using her custom made insoles I still feel great at the end of the day! my only complaint is that I didn’t do this sooner! she worked pure magic for me. I skied one day on Mary Jane and my feet were wrecked. I went to Le Feet Lab where they gave me the best service anyone could ask for. A full foot diagnostic and even massage. Thanks to Dan and Jacqueline they hooked me up with a custom foot bed, liner, and a brand new shell. Because of them I could really ski to my full potential pain free.
