Skiing is what I love… read more to do most, and before Le Feet Lab, I found myself with miserable, cramping feet and had to unbuckle for every single lift ride. I went in to Le Feet Lab hoping for a fix to make my boots more tolerable, and ended up buying new boots, liners and custom insoles. Best money I’ve ever spent, no joke. I can literally ski bumps all day and never unbuckle my boots, and my boots are a pretty darn stiff flex. Plus, you will really appreciate what a proper fitting boot can do for your skiing…! If you were like me and your boots have never been quite right, do yourself a favor and go see Jackie (or Jacques, or Dan, or Garret) and love skiing again. Update: my heels weren’t staying down as snugly as I needed, so I went back in. They knew exactly what I was talking about, made a quick adjustment to the shell, and somehow I love my boots even more now than ever. Maybe you’re lucky and have the easiest feet to fit in the world, but if you’re anything like me, let Le Feet Lab take a look and change your life 🙂

Le Feet need to do a better job of explaining their service.… read more People come in expecting they will fix there ill fitted boots they already own. That is not what they do. They offer a boot system based on the Zipfit boot liner. I went in thinking I was going to replace the liner alone. From what they told me the Zipfit works best in a 3 piece design boot. They offer the Dabello line of boot shells that have been designed to work with the Zipfit liners. Both companies are from Italy and must work together on testing. Le Feet Lab may seem like high pressure sales when you thought you were coming in looking for a liner or boot adjusting, but they offer a full refund if you are not happy with the boots. First they mold a foot bed to your foot, then fit the boot shell and a liner. The system is not cheap, but for $900+ you get a boot that fits great and will last years. I expect the $300 shell will give out before the liner. I was going through boots every two years and about 100 days of skiing because the liner would pack out and become uncomfortable. The Zipfit liner is made with cork and expand back at the end of the day so they fit great every time. Also if you warm up the boots the night before the liner stays warm for a good part of the day. Do your homework before going to Le Lab and will not be disappointed.

Two days skiing on new Dalbello Lupo SPs and after a few hours the inside of both heels felt like they were in a medieval torture device. Stopped in, no… read more appointment needed, and was fit with custom orthotics. I was skeptical that they alone would solve the problem, but the heel cups.could be expanded if the pain persisted. They worked better than expected. No pain after a whole day on skis! Thank you for great work, fast and at a fair price.

Update: My boots needed an adjustment and the wonderful staff at Le Feet hooked it up. She said that the plastic of my boots will adjust over time, but… read more adjustments are included in the initial purchase, so there was no charge. They always offer me an espresso or water during the adjustment. Absolutely a class act. I am so thankful! I am so incredibly grateful for the folks at Le Feet Lab. Skiing was so painful. My boots took the joy away from the experience. I was only getting about 3 runs in before I had to stop. Not any longer! They took over 2 hours to make sure my boots fit perfectly. I got the works. Was it kinda expensive?.. A bit. Was it worth every penny- yes! Would I do it again in a heartbeat? Absolutely! Thank you for the time, experience, and know-how to bring the joy back to skiing.

My wife has a pair of Dalbello boots that she bought in Denver that never quite fit right. Last year, Jacques replaced the Dalbello liners with Zipfit liners and made… read more her an orthotic foot bed: PROBLEM SOLVED. The boots fit perfectly and made a great difference in her skiing. The skiboot foot bed felt so good that she had Jacques make a foot bed for her street shoes. In October, we brought the skiboot foot beds back to Le Feet to be adjusted, (due to a slight change in her feet) which he did at no charge. Jacques has been doing boot fitting for many years, and he charges a fair price for an exceptional product. Le Feet Labs guarantees their work unconditionally and they make free adjustments on boots that they have sold or have worked on. Our experience was absolutely without “rough edges” and Jacques was direct but courteous in explaining why it made sense to replace the liner and footbed. I question the negative reviews of Le Feet Labs below. We plan to have one of our sons fitted with a set of boots by Le Feet at Christmastime! Since writing this review, I have purchased boots and orthotics from Jacques and Jaqueline, as have my son and daughter-in-law. The service that we all received was absolutely impeccable. We also purchased Le Fit boot bags with a warming system built in, which are fantastic. Thank you again!
