They always offer me an espresso or water during the adjustment. Absolutely a class act. I am so thankful! I am so incredibly grateful for the folks at Le Feet Lab. Skiing was so painful. My boots took the joy away from the experience. I was only getting about 3 runs in before I had to stop. Not any longer! They took over 2 hours to make sure my boots fit perfectly. I got the works. Was it kinda expensive?.. A bit. Was it worth every penny- yes! Would I do it again in a heartbeat? Absolutely! Thank you for the time, experience, and know-how to bring the joy back to skiing.

Went to winter park for a ski trip and found out from a different boot fitter in the area that the boots I had were too big for me. They… read more didn’t have anything in my size, so they recommended Le Feet Lab. They got me in for a fitting same day and were extremely accommodating. Jacques, Jaquelyn (sorry if names are misspelled) and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful. I had new boots custom fitted and took them on the mountain the next morning. I went through three adjustments while I was out there and they diagnosed and solved the issue in about 10 minutes or less. All technicians working in the shop are very capable, so you will get a great fit no matter who’s working on your boots. Also, if you’re lucky you’ll meet the shop dog, Wyatt! The service offered here is top notch. I’ve never felt more connected to my skis and the boots are extremely comfortable. The price is higher than grabbing boots at REI, but you definitely get what you paid for. One other thing to note is this shop exclusively sells dalbello boots, but they can work on any other boot and do whatever they can to fit them better to you. Dalbello is a great brand from Italy and the boots are fantastic. My wife also has a pair of dalbello boots and loves them. So it’s really more of a brand preference thing to be aware of. The other stores told me that no one made a boot for me. From the minute I walked in they were nothing but courteous. They molded a liner and found a boot that would work. They were patient, kind, thorough and they really went above and beyond. If you need a ski boot that fits you and doesn’t hurt your feet this is where you need to go. As a fellow business owner I have to say that they have a very well ran company that cares about their customers. They took their time to ensure that everything fit properly and made sure it was comfortable. Thank you so much, you saved my trip and I can’t thank you enough.

One of my (old) ski boots cracked (see pictures 1 and 2) during a 4-day ski trip I went on with a bunch of my friends. I rented some boots… read more at the resort for the rest of the day, then went boot shopping the next day. I went to Christy Sports first, but one of their boot fitters was out due to “COVID protocol”, and the other was booked through the following Tuesday (it was a Saturday). So, I went to Le Feet Lab since they had availability that day about an hour from when I called. I’m a fairly advanced skier – moguls and tree runs are my usual playground. However, I didn’t even realize how my old boots were limiting me. I thought I just needed to work on my technique, but I know now that I needed better fitting boots. My new boots fit perfectly – I even went down a whole size. The difference the custom fit has made in my skiing is incredible. Not only do my skis simply go where I want them to, I also feel better and can ski for longer. I feel much more in control than I used to – I can hop off the top of a mogul, bash into another sideways, and keep going, whereas in my old boots I’d likely lose my balance or cross my skis (yikes) because the ankle was too loose. My old boots also tended to cause pain in the outside of my forefoot. I have a relatively wide forefoot, a relatively narrow heel/ankle, and pretty large calves, so this makes sense. Long story short, after going to Le Feet Lab, I can’t imagine getting ski boots fit any other way.
