Jacqueline and Dan took such good care of me. I started out with different shells and liners and after another painful ski day they switched out boots and liners and made tons of adjustments. I could finally ski without taking the boots off and massaging my feet after every run. Went in on a third day for a minor adjustment and now my boots feel like slippers but super supportive and adjustable! I am so happy!
