I brought… read more my old boots in and at first we tried to make those work with a new set of liners. The custom liners didn’t fit in them so I ended up opting for a new boot with a custom liner. I’ve been back to the shop a few times to dial in the fit and they really listen and help you get the fit you want. I have so much more control in my new boots! I highly recommend this place if you have a hard time find ski boots that fit just right this team will help you out.

I have a house in Winter Park and normally get 30-45 days in per year. I like to spend a lot of time in the bumps and trees when conditions are right. I can tell you quite simply, these boots are the absolute best $900 you will spend. They will change how you ski. They will change how you feel after you ski. They will allow you to get the most out of the $1000 skis attached to your feet and they will come back day after day, without packing out and without developing hot spots. I seriously question the other reviews on this post. Winter Park is a small town. These reviews sound more like a disgruntled former employee than an actual customer. For instance, earlier this season, I stoppped by Jacques’ shop with the intention of purchasing new shells. After +/- 300 days, my black shells look like they went to war. Jacques took a look at them, made a few adjustments and told me I still had 1-2 seasons left. There was no charge. I was ready to drop $400 buck on shells but I’m still happily wearing what may be the ugliest boots on the mountain! If you’re looking to improve your skiing, decrease your chances of injury and get the most out of the engineering that went in to your skis – and your body – this is the absolute best way to go. My wife is on her fifth year on her Dalbello / Zip Fit boots and she tells people that Le Feet Lab changed her life. She was ready to give up on downhill skiing as she was always having boot issues. Not anymore. Yes. They’re expensive – but so is knee surgery or wasted ski passes because your feet hurt. These boots are an investment in your health, comfort and safety. You get what you pay for and when you consider what you get, these boots are a great investment. If I lost these boots, I would not even consider going to a ski shop and purchasing off the rack from a 24 year old boot fitter (no offense). I would head straight back to Le Feet Lab and purchase again – no question about it. Very highly recommended – and I am a real person, real customer – with no affiliation to the shop. For a very reasonable price, they custom-molded Dalbello ID Pro liners in less than an hour. I was prepared for days of agony on the slopes adjusting to the new liners. Instead, I walked out with a perfect fit and enjoyed 5 days of pain-free skiing with my kids! What a blessing. Two days skiing on new Dalbello Lupo SPs and after a few hours the inside of both heels felt like they were in a medieval torture device. Stopped in, no… read more appointment needed, and was fit with custom orthotics. I was skeptical that they alone would solve the problem, but the heel cups.could be expanded if the pain persisted. They worked better than expected. No pain after a whole day on skis! Thank you for great work, fast and at a fair price.

The other stores told me that no one made a boot for me. From the minute I walked in they were nothing but courteous. They molded a liner and found a boot that would work. They were patient, kind, thorough and they really went above and beyond. If you need a ski boot that fits you and doesn’t hurt your feet this is where you need to go. As a fellow business owner I have to say that they have a very well ran company that cares about their customers.
